The Maxim app has serious issues with passenger information registration, and the support team is not responsive. I have reported the issue several times, but no effective action has been taken. This creates service disruption and raises concerns about proper user data handling. Please escalate this complaint to Maxim’s international support or management team. In iran

یکی بدترین پلتفرم های حمل و نقل با پشتیبانی افتضاح. اصلا توصیه نمی کنم پشیمون میشید. جالب اینکه تمام راننده هاش هم قیمت را سایر پلتفرم ها مقایسه می کنند و ازتون درخواست پرداخت بیشتر دارند. One of the worst ride-hailing platforms I’ve ever used — with terrible customer support. Definitely not recommended, you’ll end up regretting it. What’s even more surprising is that many of their drivers compare prices with other apps and ask passengers to pay more directly.
