Merchant always open even I already close it please fix open/close feature it didn't work

Developer, as a merchant could you please add sorting feature in the catalog for both category and product, so we can easily arrange the menu in order that we want. So customer can see the menu in the correct order. Thanks

No customer service or proper app for FAQ in registering the account. I've been waiting for months for my merchant account to be verified, and I never heard anything. There's no proper website unless you count the one in Indonesian. What's the point of setting it up in the Philippines when you don't have a proper website for inquiries?

I wish I could give -5 star. No notif for incoming order till I open the app, I closed the store and there's still incoming order while we have no stock. Later I have 6 box of order and no one picking up over an hour that the food goes cold. The customer service number can't be contacted. At any case my store will be the only one that got damaged. No consequences for slacking driver or prank buyer. I suggest you to just withdraw your app and close your company! Please learn from Gojek
