Lots of flaws with this app. You need to meet up with the app creators at Henry Ford hospital(my chart). Never had a problem with their app. I could renew prescriptions, send text messages to my doctor If I have any questions or concerns. He replied within 24hrs of me texting him. No complaints at all for Henry Ford. Please meet up with Henry Ford app creators for tips.
