Jeremy was very friendly. Which isn't a quality every lightsaber driver has. In the past more than one driver was very standoffish. Never replied to me when I spoke. It's one thing to have a bad day not want to talk to your passenger. However, just ignoring someone is rude unprofessional. He also took the fastest route to my house. After I had a long night at work.

Lyft is slow to respond a lot of the time and your ride will get changed at the last minute to a different driver even if the first one is really close to picking you up.

Drivers don't show, and they charge YOU a cancelation fee. I'm disabled and use them 10/12 times a week. They refused to refund the cancelation fee which is principle since I spend THOUSANDS with them yearly. Hello Uber...even if more money. Terrible way to treat customers. The driveway probably home watching the Knicks game.

The worst ride app. Driver lied about damage and Lyft support wouldn't give any evidence or assist in me getting to the bottom of the issue. Had to dispute with my bank and now have to wait on a new card, what's the point of drivers having cameras if it can't be used for something like this? I lf I could give it 0 stars I would
