The app was disconnected in the middle of working. I logged in again and couldn't log in anymore. I've logged in 10 times now and the app says you can't log in.

Better than all other apps in all aspects. One glitch is App takes longer time to load, and in this process we lost deliveries. App needs improvement, overall App options and payments at each delivery differ but overall excellent than other courier services

Update: I'm really happy to report they've done multiple updates and the app is way more stable now. A lot quicker to load, and I haven't had to force quit it and clear cash in about a week. Good work team. There are still a few Gremlins in the code such as a notification in the chats that won't go away for me, but that's easy to ignore. Original review: this is the worst courier app. It is so buggy. Takes forever to load and crashes all the time. My device is a pixel 10 pro.

They claim they fixed bugs. They fixed nothing. Couriers can't log in. Orders constantly fail, app constantly fails. Android is just broken. Apple system seems to work better though. Menu log is no longer Financially viable to work for. You can't get anyone to reply to emails because the system sends out auto reply and marks issues as solved. Order payments have been cut by a third. Double orders mean you wait twice for a single order payment.

To one of the biggest disgraces in Australia. The workers (Your delivery drivers) you screwed over time & time again over the years failing to heed their warnings, listen to their advice, do what they were telling you to do because we are/were the ones that were making you money. You screwed over your partners, and it cost you dearly. You paid celebrities millions of dollars to do ads that made you appear like a good service, but you failed to deliver. Menu log deserves to go broke.
