★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever, Driver help chat is horrible, whenever tried to contact help it has stopped working, took an hour a half for them to sort out a cancelled order. I am kind of done with menu log deliveries, UE and DD are way better.

★★☆☆☆ Worst app I have ever used, unfortunately if you want to do Menu log, you have no choice, forever hanging, slow, Worse still is the response time, and some of the responses you get from online support, who sometimes don't seem to understand English, blaming you for problems with the app. There's a real problem somewhere with this whole platform, and its getting worse. My hourly earnings, are less than 8 months ago, no wonder Menu log is losing out to the competition, and just look at the turnover
