Excellent new (replacement) app for members of Mercer Superannuation (Australia) funds. Information on the performance of investments is much accessible and understandable than previously, including monthly breakdown of contributions, fees, payments and investment performance via the touch-sensitive bar graph on the Dashboard, and can be exported to PDF format, too. Doesn't quite match the also-much-improved richer functionality of Mercer's web portal for members, but comes very close.

Any reason why it doesn't connect with a password manager? Almost all my other apps do. Update: just updated the app, and now it can access credentials from the password manager, thanks for resolving this quickly, much appreciated.

Absolutely useless, doesn't even work most of the time anymore as of 28/4/26, either won't log in, or if it does, has no transaction history and balances are days behind usually. Mercer are very poor in general over the last 6 months.

No way to save the password or use biometric login. App updates every time I want to use it. When i finaly get access it logs you out, and you have to start all over. Damn frustrating to use.

Why did they bother with this? Does not allow you To manage super allocations, and make withdrawals from this. Unlike so many of these apps in other Superfund. Why Should an Australian use the US app? It's pretty typical of the service that we've come to expect of mercer, incredibly poor. Many other super funds have from what I see from my friends a much better app and service. e.g. Vanguard. Also, performance is very poor in the cash and interest rate markets. Lower than market rates

You have to sign in with full credentials and 2FA every single time, no support for passcodes, pin codes or biometrics sign in. The old app had pinned code and biometrics sign in so how is this new app better?
