The terminology can be confusing, and the back button feature doesn't work sometimes. The digital key and digital checkout is fantastic! Finding rooms and restaurants is a snap. Overall pretty good app!

I'm switching MGM hotels mid-trip, and when I checked in to the future hotel, it disabled my digital key for the current hotel. Also have previously had problems with generic errors, where it doesn't tell you what the problem is.

You did an update and now not compatible with my phone. This is not a good thing as I cannot go out and buy a new phone. I am sure That I'm not the only one affected by this update. Not happy here.

App is unstable and crashes every time I launch it. Would live to use it for mobile check in and as my digital room key, but it does not work.

Cosmopolitan was acquired by mgm a year ago, and you still can't check in through the mgm rewards app... fix this
