Description
SharePoint infuses AI into the mobile app experience to keep you focused and productive while on the go. AI builds an understanding of what you work on, how you work, and how your colleagues' work relates to you. When you need expertise, content, or resources when you're on the go, SharePoint is a great place to start looking.
• Browse your sites, files, people and more to get back to what you were working on • Use search to find and discover important content • Access your personalized view of team sites, communication sites, and news posts • Tap on a user to get to their contact card and see who they work with and what they are working on • Create news posts on the go and share your updates, reports, status, and experiences with your team • Sign in to your SharePoint sites, whether they're in the cloud or on-premises. The app works with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server versions 2013 and higher • Add multiple accounts, and easily switch between them
Note: To sign in to SharePoint, your organization needs to have an Office 365 subscription that includes SharePoint Online or an on-premises SharePoint Server.

Perfect cloud data storage 👌. The only thing I can think of that would improve this app is better security for folders. If the site owners are the only users who can password-protect folders.

Happy to have SharePoint as an option in our business from the start! It keeps us organized and allows for better communication as our team grows! The clients we serve are on the same platform and the integration across is very useful!

I love SP! I feel i "got into" sharepoint too late, it seems MS is moving towards a unified teams experience as opposed to a unified SP experience.

Don't open the link in SharePoint itself if it can't be accessed, moreover I can't copy the link either, kinda annoying

Every time I app and I want to access the same document or the same folder in 2 separate instances in a row, the app will remember the file directory I was in form the previous instance that I was in Sharepoint but will not let me load any files until I back all the way out and reenter the file tree. Edit: now the file sort is broken and no longer alphabetical and there is no way to change the file organization to something useful.

This app is useless. Cant create folders, can't upload files. What is the point ?

The only purpose of thia app is to open files, and it doesn't even do that right as always microsoft- keep on doing what you do best 👌

There is no way this level of terrible isn't intentionally malicious. This app is a crippled web browser that makes SharePoint unusable. Just when I thought it couldn't be any harder to use this app, their most recent update made it to where the sites won't even load and the menu button does nothing. Absolutely unacceptable from a huge company charging exorbitant prices for this rotting garbage. Update August 2026: It's only gotten worse. No file options, "discover" blocks and crashes.
