Regarding the review about the birthday, I didn't have any problem at all, it was just a few taps, and I could also type it in directly. This app also kind of saved me, I signed up just out of curiosity, but when I was looking at my certificates, I noticed that I needed to change the beneficiary! I thought I'd done that. Good stuff. If you're a Modern Woodmen member give it a try!

Completely worthless if you have an Equitable Reserve certificate they've taken over. Modern Woodman refuses to update their system to allow online access to Equitable Reserve certificates. That forces me to pay my premium by mailing in a check. Not very modern, now, is it?

It won't let me log in. Tried resetting password, and it says it can't find my account. Tried creating an account, and they can't "confirm my information". I have a bill that is due and can't even pay it because of you all. Better hope you all don't cancel my policy because y'alls website and app SUCKS.

The app will not allow me to register. I know my full name, my address (been at this address for 28 years), my phone number, and last the last 4 digits of my social security number. Have been with Woodman for many years.

Made the app worse with the most recent update. I can't view any of my certificates without the app crashing. It says my stored login info is incorrect, despite me typing in the exact same info and it logging me in. Honestly don't know how any company could put out such a garbage app.
