This app is the easiest way to submit claims and keep track of your Flexible Spending amounts. Very easy to use just fill out the questions and snap a picture of your supporting documents.

Version 7.0 now contains Pop-up ads and ratings nag! What a POS. Constantly locking up and requiring you to force close and start over. Requests new unexplained permissions.

The app works great is trying to get your reimbursement the problem the people keep changing the procedure, so it becomes impossible to receive your reimbursement no matter how much documentation you present they always find a reason to deny your claim

Not user-friendly. Doesn't show any past claims or status at of current claims. Also seems not to transfer info to people to process the claim. It tells you will be paid promptly but doesn't send to report to employer, so they know to pay it.

App doesn't help. Every form of verification sent to Health Smart is denied. My card stays locked! I'll never sign up with this company again!

Does not navigate well. Will not allow me to reset my username or password. App didn't remember my original password.
