The Internet and call is very Good. It's about the Vodafone paye. Anytime you want to put money inside there a problem. the will tell you no services, or come on Monday the Banks are close. Me I work from Monday to Saturday, so it's no easy for me to come in the middle of the week. I will appreciate if you find a Solution for a person like me.

I have been a Tel sim customer for many years. During the last 2 years the service received has been dreadful. Fir example today I was left waiting for over 15 minutes whilst the employee chatted to her friend in the shop. I was tge only customer in the shop. I have decided to move to Turkcell where service was so much better. I would give the service I have received in the Tel sim 2 out of 10.

Keeps adding unnecessary features while not addressing big issues about the app. I keep getting errors everywhere, the UI is confusing, and for some reason they're giving my tariff as multiple different add-on packages every month, so I get taxed more. I also get charged mystery fees that aren't explained in any invoice. The prices are not the same as on the website. At least the customer service can get stuff done mostly

Whenever I open the app using my internet celleur it cuts of my celleur and dost come back until I fully close my phone. Fix the bug its annoying

The last update just shows a blank screen after the Splash. Your app forced me to update and now it's now working.
