Absolutely shoddy app experience. Password setup was faulty. Local charging point was not mapped. Couldn't connect app at the charging station. Scanned QR code at charging station to go to online platform. Couldn't manage to make payment. System said that my arcade and payment address did not match, even though I had not offered an Eircode. Abandoned the effort and drove an extra 8Km to an ESB charging station.

Just plain doesn't work anymore. Died around start of February 2026, still not working end of March. No chargers are found anywhere.

The app is not showing any of the chargers is Northern Ireland and only 2 chargers in Ireland, no matter what you put in the filter or no filters at all, tried on Android and iPhone phones

Never received activation code so can't sign up. Gave all my details, verified with credit card, received welcome email, but you can't log in until you enter a code sent via text message. I have requested another code many times and have received none. I restarted the app and the phone but still no code. I don't want to ring customer service, and I have no idea if when you report a fault on the website if someone will actually contact me. The app has no contact us details!
