If I could give it 0 I would, I've had the boiler serviced only to have it condemned! As the fan is not working properly. I've received an email to say it is not covered in the policy even though my renewal email claims parts and labor included, now I'm left on a Saturday with no hot water or heating. Gone to call them to speak and no one there until Monday, I've downloaded the app as I never received policy attachment in the renewal email and cannot view anything online!!!!!!!

Absolutely pointless app. You struggle to log in, then if you do get to log in, you can not download any policy documentation or even view anything. Had my service cancelled at the last minute, to then be offered one a few months later. After complaining, they magically found an appointment for me for a few weeks' time. I'm not sure if I will be staying with this company much longer. They don't seem trustworthy at all.
