Awful app, it doesn't remember your login details, so you have to look them up in your email every time you log in. The buttons overlay each other, it's advertised as being able to book a boiler service but that option is not visible anywhere.

Absolutely pointless app. You struggle to log in, then if you do get to log in, you can not download any policy documentation or even view anything. Had my service cancelled at the last minute, to then be offered one a few months later. After complaining, they magically found an appointment for me for a few weeks' time. I'm not sure if I will be staying with this company much longer. They don't seem trustworthy at all.

Only installed to view my renewal documents. There are icons in the app to view them but selecting any of them does nothing. And since when do mobile apps require you to 'double tap' - seems like very poor UI design
