This is an excellent app. It's easy to use and has loads of information and ways to directly improve one's own service. There is direct communication with support through chat. Having just switched from TPG I am most impressed with not just the app but Aussie Broadband in general.

I am an Aussie customer, and I forgot my password. Downloaded the app and simply could not change it. The app kept giving me" oops" error messages, then freezing. It didn't send any verification codes to my email or my phone. None of the buttons to advance or escape to previous login screen worked, nor did live chat for troubleshooting. Tried to leave a complaint feedback, and that wouldn't send either. Resorted to using the web page, which worked fine. Just moved. So frustrating!!

The outages area doesn't show outages for opticomm. The live chat area makes you wait in there without closing the app while in queue for 20 mins at a time. Aussie don't notify of opticomm planned network outages and then when the network is out, I have to go back to live support for each time to find out when the network will be back rather than them just notifying us. The restoration times have been wrong 4 times in a row now.
