Can't use fingerprint or password to open app. This has been going on since upgrade. Why have you not fixed this problem!!!

I installed this to put in my primary care physician. It gave me an error message that was grammatically incorrect. So you guys want to manage my health care?

Can't log in through the app. I have it set up to fingerprint login, and now it tells me my account is locked? But I can log in through the website? Why have an app that's not going to work? Fix it!! This is getting ridiculous
