Trouble uploading documents for my OBGYN to review, after they said I can upload my downloads to the app. It's not obvious. They said I can send a message with my results, but there is not an option that directs me to the right care team. For as straightforward as this app is for everything else, I don't know how to get my Primary Care results to my OBGYN.

Except a particular doctor in the emergency room I have received wonderful, personally reassuring care with staff and doctors. I drive to the next town to see my doctors at BSW and it is so worth it.

An awesome experience. You could see all your doctor appointments and the results of your visit. Includes labs, communications with your doctor, etc. You can make new appointments and reschedule existing ones.

Not user-friendly. No way to set up radiology appointments. Hard to find information. Hard to get ahold of doctors. What a mess. Get rid of the children who made this website and hire grown-ups.

The app was slow and lacking functionality. I could rarely get it to load my or my family members accounts and just to use it, I'd have to spend 10+ minutes reloading the app just so it would show content. Recently, I would even struggle to get the app to log me in. Something with the MFA wouldn't send me a code and then when it did, the app would error out while loading. This app's issues are just another example of BSW's ineptitude with everything except the actual care you get.

On 6/25/26 at about 7:45 AM I used e-CheckIn through this app for my 8 AM appt. At 8:25 I walked from the waiting area to the staff area and advised them that I did not think the appointment could be completed without making me late for work, and I had to leave. They claimed their system didn't show even me as checked in. (and nobody bothered to walk to the waiting area to check.) Then they had the gall to send me a nasty gram via the app about missing my appointment. What a garbage app.
