This app is useful. I find it to be helpful and easy to use. The issue arises after you close it. It doesn't actually close. It will continue to run in the background and eat your entire battery. I can run my phone all day. Doing pretty much anything I want and never have to worry about running out of battery. If I open this app once then my phone battery at a full charge will last about 4 hours before it dies. The fix, I have to force stop it

I cannot fathom why I pay so much money to this corporation, and they cannot have a functioning application. It frequently crashes or resets when IN THE MIDDLE of inputting data as requested. Baylor also apparently no longer accepts AMEX? I don't know when that change occurred, but I saw no notice, at least not via this app. Congratulations! In combination with horrible health practices and garbage applications you've finally convinced me to shift care providers!

On 6/25/26 at about 7:45 AM I used e-CheckIn through this app for my 8 AM appt. At 8:25 I walked from the waiting area to the staff area and advised them that I did not think the appointment could be completed without making me late for work, and I had to leave. They claimed their system didn't show even me as checked in. (and nobody bothered to walk to the waiting area to check.) Then they had the gall to send me a nasty gram via the app about missing my appointment. What a garbage app.

Great when it works. It often does not work. When you are in the hospital it has an in hospital special portion. That disappeared while I was still there, and I lost acess to all the features as well as messages and test results. Extremely inconvenient.
