I'm blown away by how smoothly this app lets me access my kid's health information. The interface is very intuitive, and I feel empowered knowing that I am a few taps away from being even more involved in his care.

The app refuses to authenticate. Clicking sign on from the app redirects you to the website login. After entering login information it redirects back to the app sign in page without logging me in. Totally pointless.

The app doesn't work. So many changes going with moving places, and mentioning when you dial the choc number the authentication verification over the phone is two times is not enough and when you go to your child's appointment another authentication is done. Its very annoying why making something so simple making something difficult.

The app used to work for me now it doesn't allow me to sign into it. Very frustrating, if a doctor recommends that you download this app, I recommend you from nd a new doctor.
