The app refuses to authenticate. Clicking sign on from the app redirects you to the website login. After entering login information it redirects back to the app sign in page without logging me in. Totally pointless.

When is this going to work"? I keep seeing that you IT is sorry for the site not working, but give a timeline on when it going to work. Let's see if you follow thur and fdix it. I need to log in for medical info on my kids. Very disappointing. 0 stars
