Consistent issues with login, error messages even when credentials are correct, scrolling not working, screen lockups. Frustrating when trying to deal with billing departments and trying to look up information. Overall bad experience.

I can't even create an account because the app won't go beyond the screen where I input all my member info. I ended up creating my account on the website, but then when I try to log in to the app it says that it can't find my account!!
