This is rediculus. You need to preregister to access your account. OK. But when you have to put your date of birth in, you have to click backwords every month until you get to your date of birth. So much fun. I would need to click 57x12 times, that's 684 times. Imagine if you are 90 years old. I gave up at about twenty. Good luck if you're over a 100.

In order to use this app I have to enter my date of birth. The only way to do this is via an inflexible calendar. I am 62 years old - this requires 744 taps on the screen which I refuse to do. Consequently, I will not be using this app and will delete it.

Haven't used it in a while. It won't let me in without a password which I can't remember. There is no option to change password!! No other way into the app so I'll just have to phone them again and ask for the paper copy of the form. After reading more reviews, I have now done the same as many others and deleted the app.
