Logging in is impossible. Get through to verification, and it just pops up a white screen with nothing to select. Just as bad as the website.

I am another user who only sees a white screen when logging in to this app. I can log in just fine on the website. I just wanted app access for convenience on the go. Please fix your app Medica!

This is not about the company, but the app is terrible. Sign in is atrocious. Even though they have "remember this device" on two separate sign in screens, it never remembers. Plus they have 2FA even with biometrics, but of course the biometrics never remembers you. That's all before you get to a home page that is a poor web screen that requires multiple scrolls to access everything
