Extremely bad practice to force users to update the app before they can use it. Especially considering it is a minor update. Locking out the app unless it is updated is a practice only for severe issues. Very poor development team and very poor company standards. If I had a choice to not use it I would not use it. If I could use the charger without the app I would. Forcing an app on your users is a feeble effort to gain customer base. All you gain is folk who will never recommend you or use you

Just had the charger installed. All great we thought BUT we can't enter our reduced rate times for charging. We have a cheap period each weekday night & all day at weekends, and we can't cover everything with the 2 schedules permitted, especially as one period has to finish at least 5 mins before the next period. As a former software developer I have never seen such restricted times, even on thermostats & we have had this tariff for 8 years, so it's nothing new. Copilot doesn't meet our needs.
