Why there is ERROR during recharging? Why this app show recharging time out after getting OTP from message? Why you can't increase data plan? It's just wasting my money after putting 19 and 49 data. And, Internet or network is too slow that also data are decreasing fast. I don’t want to see error and timing out word during recharging.

This app is getting worse than before. Why is it always showing error while logging in and also showing insufficient amounts even though I have enough to recharge. Why aren't T cell company doing anything to improve the app and its service? This doesn't even deserve a star also.
