I just tried the new app, and it is god awful! There is so much functionality missing in the new one that this old one has. Please don't remove this app until you port the functionality to the new one!!!

Is any app perfect? No. Is it always being improved? Yes. Is public transport mostly 50c? Yes! We are INCREDIBLY lucky to have such great public transport, such low prices and excellent men and women who work hard to shuffle all our miserable faces around every day when we are tired, stressed and not at our best. We do not live in Afghanistan and the US public transport system barely exists. So for that I am very grateful and happy with Tran slink, the services and the app.

I have good experience every time about all information which I had needed. Clear LED display and sounds was very helpful. And light, air con and seat was also good. But In some of the train had low (small)sounds, so it was difficult to find station But not in every train. However, it was very helpful, and the fare is very satisfied etc. The timetable was also accurate according to its schedule.

I was so hopeful when I saw Tran slink had a new app ... disappointed, it's woeful! Lucky I knew where I was going because the app suggested I had to walk, ferry, bus and train to get from west end to Brisbane airport! I said I wanted to arrive by 8am and the app threw up journeys at 6am to get there! A huge fail, worse than the old one. And where are my favorites? I typed in the bus stop name and the journey sent me outbound, no option to travel inbound from the opp bus stop.

Just like Transport information on Google Maps, Translink travel information is strange, useless and doesn't make sense in which Tran slink won't investigate and take action and continue to ignore as evidence by other issues still happening years later. App tell me to get to Westfield Upper Mt Gravatt to get a 169 from Boggo Rd bus station to Upper Mt Gravatt platform 2 and then get a 175 to around the corner even those Upper Mt Gravatt bus station is the bus station for Westfield Upper Mt Gravatt

Somehow they still can't execute a decent app. everywhere else in the country has up to date, to the minute transport apps and information. And there's qld and transl ink, just showing you the timetable. It's actually really pathetic, and I imagine screws over people regularly. Anyone not from here, don't bother and just use Google because it will be a lot more accurate than this useless thing.
