Since I did an update yesterday, I can't get on the app. I tried resetting password like admin told me and still nothing. Other than this issue I've never had a problem. Really need to access 😫

App does not work. Every time I try to open this app it tells me there is a new version available to download and automatically redirects me to the Play store, but there is no option to update, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still does not work. It continues to tell me that there is a new version yet presents no option for updating

I just did the update, and now I can not linger even log into my wcb app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no resolve. This is frustrating as this is the only way I had access to my information.

I am having the same problem that many others are having and that have supposedly been fixed. I go to the App try to log in and a screen pops up newer version available please update. I uninstall the App reinstall the app to get the same message. I would think with most communication being funneled towards the App maybe there would be some real effort put into fixing this ongoing problem. The last review I read was from July 2021 and now almost 3 months later the problem still exists.

Downloaded the app, signed up and now when ever I go to sign in I am redirected to a web page to sign in, I sign in through the web page, and it forever goes into signing in, but nothing actually happens no redirect back to the app for a successful login, I've let the web page sit and say logging in for a full day to have it not sign me into the app, just make the log in on the app work why redirect me to a non-functional sign in web page.
