THE WORST Wi-Fi SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. First they take money from you and suddenly the network is not working and when you call them they say "Sorry sir we are going to send repairers Tomorrow" you wait for tomorrow, and they come at like 5 pm. you literally need to call the multiple times just for them fix their Wi-Fi just get fiber net or something

Very disappointing customer service. I contacted support and had to wait a long time without receiving any proper response. Customers have other responsibilities and cannot keep waiting indefinitely for a reply. I expected much better service from World Link. Please improve your response time and customer support.

This is the worst app with the worst customer care. Device Filtering mode is not working since ages and I have been complaining on the same and still this has not been solved by the team they have worse IT handler.
