Please. You have improved many things but the blacklist & whitelist is broken. Whenever I add someone on blacklist. My device also get blocked somehow. Same with whitelist.

Worst internet ever I used because after connotation for 2-3 months internet is fine then after its decrease its speed and slow speed and buffering problem, I didn't expect with world link for such types of problem 👎

The worst internet service imaginable. There are so many server issues which appear every once in a while in which the net can't even run YouTube at its lowest quality.

Internet went off since 4 days(8 July 2026). Raised ticket 3 days(9 July 2026) ago call center continuously says we have escalated the tickets and bla bla bla. Not a single call received. Asked the number of technicians, but they said cannot give their number because they are in hibernation I guess. Worst ISP ever. Less than a couple of months left subscription left Bye bye. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! -they pick calls 1 in 100 (most of them are just unreachable) -once in a day they pick call and to resolve the problem they say that the will call us back which never happens and after u call them again they don't pick -Internet plans are little expensive comparatively -AFTER A LOT OF TRIES THEY SAY THEY WILL COME TO FIX THE PROBELM IN 20 MINS THEY WILL ARRIVE BUT BUT BUT THEY NEVER COME|| PLZ TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL AND PROVIDE WELL SUPPORT!!!
