Please. You have improved many things but the blacklist & whitelist is broken. Whenever I add someone on blacklist. My device also get blocked somehow. Same with whitelist.

World link is a Scam. I was having issue with my internet. I had 200Mbps plan and the speed barely crosses 80Mbps. When I raised a ticket they asked me various questions (one of them was if I am using secondary router, I said no). And when they can't resolve the issue they simply disabled all the LAN port of the router. And when I turned my PC on to use it there was no internet. I thought it might be loose cable, so I rechecked everything but turns out they have disabled all the LAN port of router

THE WORST Wi-Fi SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. First they take money from you and suddenly the network is not working and when you call them they say "Sorry sir we are going to send repairers Tomorrow" you wait for tomorrow, and they come at like 5 pm. you literally need to call the multiple times just for them fix their Wi-Fi just get fiber net or something

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! -they pick calls 1 in 100 (most of them are just unreachable) -once in a day they pick call and to resolve the problem they say that the will call us back which never happens and after u call them again they don't pick -Internet plans are little expensive comparatively -AFTER A LOT OF TRIES THEY SAY THEY WILL COME TO FIX THE PROBELM IN 20 MINS THEY WILL ARRIVE BUT BUT BUT THEY NEVER COME|| PLZ TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL AND PROVIDE WELL SUPPORT!!!
