Ridiculous test a product before you launch. I have been installing Navien for several years due the great products that they make. This product or lack there of is impossible to use. Won't let me create an account.

Personal information harvester. Tries to get you to create an account and divulge location, addresses, names, contact information when none of it is relevant to the task of sizing a heater. I gave up without a useful result.

Don't give it your real information. If you must, create a fake account. You shouldn't have to make an account to find out what size water heater you need for your house. NPE-240a should be adequate for most people's needs. If not, get two!
