I'm only 19, and I've just started banking. I always thought of it as some intimidating thing that ID never understand. But everyone at numerica locations has always been so nice to be and the app is very intuitive. Good job guys.

Update 8/25/26: version 3 of the app is much better! A return to form. I like it almost as much as the original, I am very glad they decided to fix it! The new UI is excellent. App cannot perform basic functions, makes banking info less secure and causes headaches and pain for the user. The screen is clogged with useless information and buttons in all menus at all times. One of the worst apps I have ever used.

UPDATE 8/27/2026 The most recent update won't even let you in. Just sits there and sats processing. I guess it can get worse! God awful update. I absolutely hate the new setup and half the time it doesn't work!!!

I absolutely hate the constant changes to the app. Most are superficial and not even related to functionality. The latest update displays YOUR FULL NAME on the home page BEFORE you even get a chance to log in. It is a huge privacy violation if anyone happens to steal and/logs into my devices without my knowledge, especially for those who do not go by their legal name. Please change remove it!!

I hate the update on both the app and the website. I use my bank accounts like "envelopes" which means that I have multiple of them that I transfer money around with each paycheck. What used to be a simple process that allowed me to transfer from one account to multiple accounts at once has now turned into transferring to each account individually, reviewing each transfer individually, finishing each individual transfer, and then being sent back to the home screen to start all over again.
