Horrible system all together. We've had Nuvo multi-zone system and app for five yrs. We have 2 boxes w/ 6 zones. One box died on us no fault of our own but the company updated the system, so we had to pay 1/2 price $800.00. Now our Nuvo system will not connect to the internet. We've had it looked at by the company that installed it and all they said was we need to update our system and switch to Sonos which is now the sister company of Nuvo. Poor customer service, sounds like a scam!
