I recently posted a review expressing my dissatisfaction with this app. I feel it is important to revise my review as Legrand has been very quick to respond and provide me with excellent customer support. The technician who helped me addressed all my issues and remediated most of my problems. Outstanding issues are still being monitored, and I feel confident they will be resolved. I strongly recommend to contact the technical support team for anyone experiencing issues.

Updare: tec support only available Mo-Fr. 8am to 5pm. No one available on weekends. Bought 1 the switches to see if this is a worth investment for my other lights in the house, and after trying to set up the voice control for several hours unsuccessfully I uninstalled the switch and returned it to the place of purchase. The qr code that is supposed to help with the setup of the legrand app pointed to a web page that no longer exists. This makes a very expensive $2 light switch.

I installed a Radiant Smart Switch and Smart Dimmer. They work well manually, but the App won't stay open, so I can't add devices or do anything. Paid too much to just get a switch and a dimmer.
