Hub keeps disconnecting. Was working okay until this past week. Now the hub keeps disconnecting from the internet daily. Have to physically reset the hub daily. Was working much more smoothly before when on Samsung Artie cloud. Since switching to the legrand cloud everything has been spotty. Update. Had to do a full reset of hub and readd each light, but now seems to be working. Really wish the products would work without a hub like other Wi-Fi switches.

Much better since the last updates. App doesn't crash anymore and schedules work consistently. Alexa's integration is very poor, got a list of inexistant switches and can't get it to work. No big deal for me as I'm getting rid of my Echo dots that all became very glitchy after e years of use

There's a recent update to the hub directly, and now I cannot add lights it just adds one light switch, and you must delete that light switch to add another light switch, so I can only have one light switch on the app work which is ridiculous. Again if I add a light switch I have to delete the other one I just added in order to add the new one and vice versa

It is difficult to believe how poorly designed this entire line is. Whoever designed this should be fired and never be allowed to work in automation again. Out of 12 wi-fi light switches, only 2 worked and now, the app has become non-functional which means that NONE of the wi-fi switches work. Remote access has never worked. A total and complete waste of money. Even the lighting store where I bought these switches told me that they don't recommend these lights to anyone.

Keeps getting worse. Latest update removes ability to see light status remotely. Also, unable to turn off all lights remotely. Here's a workaround: create a scene with all lights off. That works remotely. So full of bugs. Legrand, please realize you are now a software company and need to invest in good developers and a QA TEAM!! Get it together or fade from existence like every other legacy company that tried to make the transition you are making.
