Crashes every time seconds into song. Also causes Google Play Services to crash edit: still crashes but not as much and has actually become dependable. Edit: Functional improvements have made my experience much more pleasurable. The app has been more consistent.

I was unable to access, and I called Guardian Tech Support. Tech Support walked me through with little effort. Surround sound is up and running without issue. Try it. That is what you pay for.

I'm jamming in my model in Fox Chase II by Essex Homes in Gilbert, SC! Sounds great!!

We install this equipment, and I've never had an issue with the app. Although would like to see other services become available. (Amazon Music for example)

Same issue as others, can't find distribution module half the time. Also, no support for Amazon Music. Only supports pandora radio, you cannot play your collection, complete waste of money. I regret installing the system.

If you are wondering if you want to install this system in your house do not. Go out and buy HEOS. 2 years and no updates and this is a buggy system. If you have the Android system you cannot configure your zones. If you try they will stop working. Spotify currently does not work. These are apparently low priority fixes, but what are they fixing that is much higher priority? Because once again 2 years with no updates. I don't think someone's following the agile framework.

Horrible. 1-week-old and it keeps saying No Distribution Module found. My builder should drop this company Guardian and find someone else that has reliable equipment and software support.

A rating below zero would be spot on. I emailed Legrand on 1/11/ 2021 when my Pandora library stopped showing artists past the letter N. On 7/27/2021, a tech support rep wrote, "we are working with Pandora to see if the issue is either the API that they provided us or something else entirely." I've had the system for 6 years and unless I email Legrand, NO ONE contacts me - 9 months and waiting. NOW, the piece of $^$#!# isn't working and shows distribution module not found. I want my money back.
