★★☆☆☆ You can't even look at the app without submitting a bunch of information, name, phone #, email, secure password. I get signing up to USE it but to even see what areas are covered, hours etc? I think that your app developers should improve that so we can see what we are signing up for before we sign up. Is it auto pay only? Can I pay cash? Idk because I couldn't access practical information without creating an account. We should be able to browse and see if we need or want an account first.
★★☆☆☆ OC Flex is the worst 😫 The app doesn't work and the drivers are rude. They won't even pick up federal army employees. I truly wish there was another pick up service in Mission Viejo, CA. God help me!!!;
