This is the best thing next to apple pie, it breaks the payments up so that you can get your whole rent, and you are able to pick which day to pay the rest, if you are not able to pay the day you put in you can change it at any time. It helps you be able to pay other bills also so, that you are not broke because you have to pay the whole lump sum. Flex is absolutely the best thing ever!!!!

The customer service provided is awful. You are communicating with an AI chat box before you can communicate with a representative. THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER to speak with an actual human being. Everything is done through email. I hate that my apartments uses Flex as a 3rd party to help do partial payments. However, if you cancel your membership and need to just pay in full of your apartments directly flex still wants the remaining balance owed to them. Be warned about this service.

Credit card fees are outrageous, and they don't accept other forms of payment. If you don't mind throwing away $50 a month, it is convenient to not think about rent.
