I like that this allows me to split my rental payments. It's what I always did before, but this time it allows me to be on time with my rent without paying $20+ because I paid with my card. The only thing I don't like is that they don't follow my pay periods. The company pulls on or before the 1st regardless if there is a grace period or not. (both pro and con) Other than that, the monthly fee is fair for the service provided. Overall, I would recommend Flex.

Love the Flex account access system. It allows you to split your rent in half into two payments, which makes it easier for you to pay on your rent. On time and catch up with other bills at the Same time!

I would not trust them. I used flex for 5 years and never had an issue. This month my rent was $1,400. 00 they're trying to charge my account $2,296 well they already took out 843. They're now telling me that the payment was not processed. So now I'm late on my rent. The money is not my account because they took it. I'm telling you do not trust them

There system messed up the frist time I tried them and never paid my rent, so I canceled it. Then I get email from them saying there system messed up. But it was too late I have 150 late fee and 60 dollar return fee.
