I truly enjoy the app. The fee and the monthly fee is not too bad compared to having a late fee or being late on rent. One thing that was really nice was that I had a problem being able to pay at the beginning of the year, and they gave a one time extension and were able to pay after the 5th. Flex has helped me so much. Paying bills and living alone helps manage bills smoothly. Thank you Flex!

You'll be better off just paying rent by yourself.... the fees are RIDICULOUS!.... just say if your rent is $850. Using flex you'll pay damn near $900... I'll be better off just paying it myself I'm quite sure the landlord would rather have the extra $50 in late fees... flex fees are ridiculously overpriced

Proceed with extreme caution—process is not user-friendly Due to minor details, my payment failed, costing me $75 in NSF and late fees. Customer service is strictly email-only until you escalate repeatedly, and they provide zero help for the errors caused by their lack of clarity. If you use this, read every line of the fine print—triple-check your ledger and disable all other rent autopay. It might be worth a second chance now that I know how to avoid these pitfalls. Has anyone else used Flex?
