Pay rent your way, wherever you live.* Flex Rent splits your monthly rent into smaller, more manageable payments that are easier on your budget. It helps you pay rent on time, build your credit history, and breathe a little easier every month.
How it works Flex gives you access to a credit line that you can use for rent. Each month, you pay part of your rent up front and borrow the rest. Flex pays your full rent to your property when it’s due, and you pay Flex back later in the month—on a schedule that works for you and your finances. *Subject to renter and landlord eligibility. Disclosure Flexible Finance, Inc., together with its subsidiaries (“Flex”), is a financial technology company, not a bank. All loans, lines of credit , banking services, loan disbursements, and payment transmissions are offered by Lead Bank or Column N.A., Members FDIC. An application and credit assessment are required for approval. Availability of Flex services is subject to landlord and biller eligibility. Flex Rent users may pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $5.99; membership automatically renews until canceled. Flex Rent and Flex Bills users must pay a processing fee of 0.5% of your total rent or bill amount when paying your rent or bills through Flex services (an additional 2.5% surcharge applies when using a credit card). A split fee of up to 3% for each line of credit, based on how much you borrow each month, is also charged and cannot be reduced with early repayment. Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit, are also subject to the 0.5% processing fee of their total rent amount (an additional 2.5% surcharge fee applies when using a credit card). Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit are not subject to a recurring monthly membership fee. Other third party fees may apply. See your offer for more details. Positive rent payment history and information about your loan may be reported to one or more national credit bureaus. Your Flex payment history may impact your access to additional Flex services. I wouldn't know what to do without Flex. I pay my bills bye myself. Flex slips my rent into two payments. Flex is awesome. I still highly recommend Flex. I have to sometimes extend my first and second payments on different dates do to my paycheck getting into the bank or my check isn't enough to cover. I reach out to Flex and explain my situation. Neuro-spicy friendly! They remind you when payments are coming up and gives you the ability to push a payment back a little bit. This past month has been really rough for me, and I was able to push the 2nd payment back twice (not just once!) to give myself time to get help from family. 11/10 highly recommend.

Do not use. I had a payment scheduled for the 16th, and they took it out today, the 8th. I messaged them, and they said they don't know how it happened it must have been my bank. It was not my bank. They caused my account to go negative 500+ all overdraft fees. I will never use them again.

I used to love to flex, but then they started making it impossible to pay my rent. They kept saying I had inefficient funds in my account when I had the funds. Then they kept changing the way I could pay my rent until I was unable to pay my rent through online portals at all. Now they keep trying to charge me for the monthly membership even though they have locked me out of my flex account and now I can't cancel it and getting a hold of someone who can help you is hard the is no phone number to call

Flex will tell you that your loc is automatically reviewed and increases, but mine actually went down 200.00 loc was only 500 to begin with. They say they have no way to approve a loc increase and that it's randomly checked for loc increase but after 4 yrs mine has stayed exactly the same OR reduced! Yet they draft that HIGH mo. Subscription amt on time every month! The loc small APPROVAL POLICY NEED TO CHANGE ESPECIALLY with all the competition out there! I have found another option to drop F

They claim it's for people with ok credit. Net credit gave me literally a $4900 credit line yet flex says it can't help me at this time SMH. They obviously lie about not needing great credit. Mines not great, but it's around 630 which isn't that far from average. What's the point if my credit gets better than that I'll have much better options then one that rips people off making them pay a monthly fee even if they don't need to use it during any given month. Pathetic. Also, I make $75k a year.
