When I call the number on the back of the debit card. I get no answer. Other a prompt to take a survey for a free medic alert device. When I made it known to the personal one there line. They hang up on me. When I call back. The prompt tells me that the number I've dailed, is not available, in my area. Mr. Anthony F.

★★☆☆☆ Ppl are so blinded by greed they don't see all the money they lose. Having only 1 kiosk open in Raleigh and the app no longer finds my info made me stop going over 6 months. Fix the app, open 2 kiosks, have 2 ppl at vitals when needed, pay $100 Every time no matter what. Will bring in more ppl, happier customers, more plasma = more money for you. I don't understand the world I live in where everyone seems clueless and blinded by greed.

★★☆☆☆ I'm stuck in an endless feedback loop trying to sign in. I've used the app successfully before, but after I lapsed, it's entirely useless

★★☆☆☆ Very poor rewards program, let me tell you why. The program says You will receive a one-year express pass via email after you reach 10,000 points. That's a bold faced lie. I have over 14,000 points and never got any type of pass. I also tried to trade 5000 points for a gift card. They took my points away and gave me nothing in return. I have spoken to people on the chat help line, supervisors, managers, and even people in their IT department and none of them ever does anything at all to help me.

★★☆☆☆ Deleted my account? I can't log in with the account I use to donate over 100 times with because it says my donor records are not found even though I used the app to donate many times.
