It was very helpful and brought a good deal of peace of mind and reassurance to my family when we boarded my dog as she was older and had some hip problems to ensure she didn't have to spend her time in a separate kennel safely and could safely enjoy walking the day care with the others, and I could see how she was doing with my own eyes through any given time. Wonderful app.

Second month in a row that I've paid for the subscription, but can't log into to view the dogs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Update, they really worked hard to get this to work on my phone, no avail and then refunded my payment.

Was happy for a while. The place where I boreded my dogs. I saw 1 day and complete night. Thry seemed fine. Thry didn't have cameras to view play time.(which is weird, that's what people want to see. And to see thrm at rest.) i just them in the reserved space. Then they moved them to a different space and again. This place should have enough cameras to view any place the dogs are. Your cameras are nice when they work. The boarders should provide more of your cameras.

Can't expand. Couldn't see my dog in ay areas bc video was too small and lots of delays. Trying to cancel subscription and can't find how to. I was told it was a 1 time annual subscription and am I being charged monthly
