Onrods User

Onrods is a logistics and transport service app that helps users request delivery, towing, and tanker services based on their needs.

Users can request services such as transporting furniture, boxes, or cargo, arranging car towing for breakdown situations, or scheduling tanker deliveries for water, diesel, or petrol. The app allows users to select pickup and drop locations and view estimated pricing before confirming a request.

The application uses location access to enable route calculation, trip tracking, and real-time driver location updates during an active service. Map features help users view service routes and nearby drivers.

Users may optionally upload photos and provide additional details to help drivers better understand the service requirements. Photos are used only for service-related purposes and are shared securely with assigned drivers.

Secure payment options are supported, including wallet, card, and cash, depending on availability. The app also provides access to order history and digital receipts for completed services.

Onrods supports multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Urdu, and Tigrinya, to provide a better user experience for a wider audience.

User data is handled securely and used only to provide core app functionality, in accordance with the privacy policy.
