The app asks for Meter ID, which is misleading and is not matching the one on the meter, it is a Measurement point ID, present in the invoice.

Have not been able to log in in the app for quite a long time. Does not get any feedback when I try to log in.

Suddenly logged out. Cannot log in anymore, trying forgot password brings up a bad request...

Impossible to log in, no error message. When I try forgot password, I get "Bad request". When I was able to use the app a long time ago, it had hardly any options other to customize hot water strategy and very little information in what the 3 options you could choose actually did. 2 start for decent information on historical usage.
