Oxygym

At Oxygym, community and performance are at the heart of everything we do.
We believe that the best results are created when you train together, support each other and work towards a clear goal.
Our training environment is built on specialized HYROX training and functional workouts, a combination of strength and endurance that can be adapted to all levels while still challenging both body and mind.
Group training is our foundation because it creates energy, motivation and a unique community where everyone feels welcome.
We are ambitious, but never excluding.
Whether you want to improve your performance, complete your first HYROX race or be part of a strong community, you have come to the right place.
