I used the app and noticed the pepper jack cheese option for cheeseburgers, I have been disappointed in other restaurants when they had pepper jack cheese, but Terry's brings the heat, and not too much, but just right, and I probably wouldn't have tried it without the app.

I would give it a negative 5, but it's not an option. I recently ordered for delivery and some of my items were missing. I contacted the location for a refund, but I would have to go into the store to get it. I am currently unable to go into the store. That is why I ordered delivery. The manager said she had no way to help me, and there was no customer support for this app. I will not be using this service again. Do better P. Terry's.

The ordering process was super easy, but my food never arrived. The app instructs you to call the store directly, so I called - no answer. I called 6 times, and no one answered. I'm out the money and have no food. Severely disappointed.

Been using this app for a while. Suddenly, "DRINKS" has disappeared from the menu. Haven't been able to order online for weeks and there is no one to report it to. Very frustrating.
