I used the app and noticed the pepper jack cheese option for cheeseburgers, I have been disappointed in other restaurants when they had pepper jack cheese, but Terry's brings the heat, and not too much, but just right, and I probably wouldn't have tried it without the app.

The menu only includes drinks and sides. There's no way of ordering anything burger related

Works well most of the time, but randomly when ordering I get a message that says that there was an error sending the order to the store, and they can't verify if the store has the order or not. This is extremely dumb and shouldn't happen, we have ways to prevent issues like that. As far as I can tell this is actually an issue with the delivery service not having someone available to do the delivery, which makes it even more dumb because they are literally refusing to give the user the actual err

The ordering process was super easy, but my food never arrived. The app instructs you to call the store directly, so I called - no answer. I called 6 times, and no one answered. I'm out the money and have no food. Severely disappointed.
