Got problem with package the people who work thier they surprised me they fixed very quickly. They listened they answered then at the end fixed the problem I thought it is just like other carriers yes they answer but no fixes and just weak answers to questions. Maybe I got lucky I was severed by awesome workers or Parcelforce is just awesome. If felt like an important thing when dealing with them unlike other carriers. Super Parcelforce but I think uk only not worldwide as the name suggests.

Have a tracking number but app states that it's unable to find although when input the tracking number in on the website it works. Wanted the app to notify me when out for delivery automatically instead of me have to go on the website all the time

Downloaded it to see if I could live track my Parcelforce parcel. App tells me I should download the Royal Mail app to track said parcel. Royal Mail app won't. Try tracking on Royal Mail website which then redirects me to Parcelforce to track the package. Uninstalled.
