Seems like a fake application. I paid for a physical card a month ago. It has not been delivered yet. The new software update has login issues. Worst experience.

25sept maine 20000 and 4000 credit card se add money kiya tha, Lenin add money failed ho gaya aur bank se paisa bhi kat gaya, Yeh apps mera paisa refund nhi kar raha hai, I will complain cybercafe, police station and RBI against your company, If you do not refund my money. Ticket ID: 8113, 8094.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. For the past one month, I have been trying to complete my full KYC, but it has been an extremely frustrating experience. Their support staff is practically unavailable, and whenever I manage to reach them, they just keep delaying the process by giving new dates every time. On top of that, the application itself is very slow and unreliable. It often lags and makes even simple tasks difficult to complete. It clearly reflects the poor technology.

Worthless card. Cannot make UPI, cannot withdraw cash. Cannot be used on all major websites. Money is almost stucked in this manner.
