Use this app to set up and control your Perfectly Snug Smart Topper. This app requires a Smart Topper to function.
This app works with Smart Toppers that have firmware versions up to (but not including) 3.0.0.0. If your Smart Topper was shipped in June 2024 or later, then please use our other app called 'Perfectly Snug'. If you're not sure which app to use, then install our other app and it will provide instructions. Don't worry, an update for Smart Toppers with old firmware is coming soon!

Update: This mattress is great. CS helped me with my issues...they are great. Ambient room temp and not piling runners at end of the bed help. Noise was #1 concern much quieter over Sleep# Dual Temp I returned. I sleep HOT and so far this is a winner. There is not much you need to the app for you set it and forget the PS will do the rest. For me, it is worth the money.

Unsure what the "improved connection" is. Just bought and first night started well but woke up hot, opened the app and sure enough it needed to load up and request me to select the toppers Wi-Fi connection as it wasn't connected. And yes I updated the firmware first. For such a premium I shouldn't be waking up warm... Also, why is the in-app usage inconsistent? When you set up the bed it shows as if you're looking at the bed. But when you are setting up/ using the app (temps) it's opposite?

I have some concerns about this app: 1. I'm colorblind, and it's very difficult to see the differences between the blue and gray text/icons. I'd appreciate more visual contrast in the UI. 2. I'm single and would like an option to control both sides of my queen-sized topper at once. 3. There isn't much in the way of data/history of my sleep temperatures. 4. The app hasn't been updated in over a year; hopefully that means a new version is coming soon (along with Google/Alexa integration).
