I have zero issues with this app. Always tells the correct information about the current status of the vacuum. In our house the vacuum does sometimes get stuck on the occasional wire. So it is nice to be able to let it try to free itself while you're away from home. Planning feature is ideal. Great to have a clean house after a day's work. Very happy with the vacuum itself, but the app does give it an extended brain.

Very unreliable app. Loading forever, and I frequently have to remove the robot and add it again to make it work.
