The exercises are excellent, but the UX has not been great for me. At the moment I am only using the plank challenge workout. Some issues I've experienced; 1) Pausing timer does not allow me to unpause. 2) History is only logged for the day of exercise. It doesn't log my weekly activity. 3) Following on from previous point, it can become difficult to remember which exercise day I am on.
