The updated app is not easy to navigate. Very difficult to find payments. Now you have to take extra steps to make payments or check on scheduled payments.

This app is garbage. The biometrics doesn't work, and it locks you out from getting into your account. My husband is the primary, and I've been banking here on the same account with him for the last 17 years, but they always have to talk to him before I can do anything annoying 😡, now we have to go into the bank to straighten this mess out. They also need alerts and notification on all transactions and also need a locking feature for when your banking card is not being used.
