Update: since reviewing negatively, Van Aarschot has worked closely with me to understand the issue and solve it. The app now works perfectly with Android 12, and I am happy to provide 4 stars. I reserve the 5th one for further ease of use... I.e. biometrics still need to go hand in hand with pin. Thank you for your responsiveness and resolution. Not logical to use. Slow. And, most frustrating crashes on Android 12. The problem. Without a working app, you cannot log in. Please fix today.

I am trying to get a solution from the bank for longer then a month. App sais my phone is rooted wich is not . Rootchecker sais also is not. App is closing directly after opening . Reinstalled 10 times .cleared cache did everything. What I think is disappointing that the hotline does not push the developers to get a solution for that issue. For me unless on non-rooted Galaxy 10

Customer service called me, asking to reinstall the app again same thing, "Cannot verify face". Tried 1000 times. The app simply does not work Does not work, tried Dutch I'd, it is stuck. Tried passport, after 50 attempts to read NFC, I am now stuck with the face ID, no matter how much I try to make a clean photo, the photo does not match with my document photo. Please improve the face match sww
