★★☆☆☆ This app links you to net spend. Net Spend customer service is broken just like this app. Purpose Card CS is decent. The app did not work for me when I needed it the most. I am taking a $1,000 dollar reload somewhere else today and decided against D,Deposit. Net Spend CS sent me to incorrect locations to reload my card. These locations rejected me. Net Spend is not reliable so this card is not reliable. There are much better options available. Good luck.

★★☆☆☆ This app would have given 5 stars, but MOBILE UPLOAD INGO is a joke!! Cashed a check a week ago, went through fine, try to cash another one today, and Ingo declined and closed my account, so can't even upload a check on my Purpose Card.
