After using it the first time and then smoking afterward, I felt bad that I smoked, so I guess it must be working. On the second day, I still smoked but no longer chain-smoking. It becomes more effective the more you use it. I'll be using it at bedtime because I have another one of surf citys hypnosis app to listen to at daytime. Will report back in a few days if It's just as good when used at bedtime with a different app in the day.

Well... to be honest, I'm skeptical of hypnosis. I figured I would try it because it couldn't hurt the process of quitting. What I can say is that I listen to it at night before going to bed, and I fall asleep within minutes and I sleep soundly. My only issue is that I wish the prompts were different because I became bored with what was being said, even though I'm still using it. Finally, I gave it 4 stars because in combination with behavior replacement, another app tracking my physical symptoms/money saved, and some gum and silly putty, I have been cigarette free for over a week, and it's much easier than I ever thought it would be.

Not for me. I feel like this app was designed for hippy females. I think it would work if my mindset were different, if I were more like a hippy girl. After months of listening, I just can't get it to work. It is not the one for me. Try it before you dismiss it though.

I regret paying for the same voice each time. It says nothing about how or why I should stop smoking. I take the same silly elevator ride each time. Instead of changing music, you should perhaps offer three or four different trips. Tell me how bad smoking is and reinforce why it's good for me to quit, the health benefits, money saved and days I am getting back. This BS about a gray room and it being my lungs is a fairy-tale meditation. Not a hypnotherapy on why smoking is bad.

I paid for the app too fast. After 7 days of listening to same words again and again, the only motivation to not smoke that I had was because I just didn't want to listen to it again and imagine that bloody elevator. I still smoked though. I only stopped thanks to Niquitin patches that I started using few weeks after I quit this app. The only good thing about it is that it gets so boring after few days that falling asleep is not an issue anymore
