Drivers great. Booking service is a disgrace. I do not use this service, so I can get a taxi 15 minutes later than the time I booked it for. Ended up having to drive as I was going to be late for an appointment. Useless

The app is pointless, and the office staff are terrible! Unfortunately the drivers have to take the brunt of the poor service offered by the app and office staff. Don't think because you book for a specific time they will honor it because they won't!

Got a price of £28.00 (estimate). For 16-mile trip to airport. This includes a barrier charge of £4.00. Taxi on time and trip took 35 minutes due to rush hour traffic. Driver asked for £37.00 upon arrival. No explanation. I gave a tip and paid him £40.00 cash. 30 minutes later sitting in the airport I received an email invoice for the journey £33.20. Thanking me for my business. Something badly wrong with this company and I won't be using again. Will delete the app.
