This is one of the worst riding apps I have used. The app does not work properly most of the time, and the OTP verification is a major problem. I often don’t receive the OTP, which makes it impossible to log in or book a ride. The app also feels buggy and unreliable. Overall, the experience is very frustrating and needs serious improvement.
